Guest：We had a marvelous time in Montego Bay. The staff at Nianna Coral Bay was wonderful. We had groceries delivered, many rides and round trip airport pickup. The bed was comfortable. Our only complaint would be no air conditioning in the main (lower) part of the condo. It made it difficult to be comfortable after a day on the beach, etc. Everything else was excellent.

Guest：Property managers were very nice an accommodating. Only complaint would be that waiting 4 days for fresh towels isn't ideal for a family of 5 with small children. I think 3 days is good. My family took advantage of the chef services (EXCELLENT), everything was smooth. Groceries were prestocked and the chef was prompt. Only thing that would have made that experience better was if I new how much of the contents the chef was going to need because we purchased additional food but we had a ton left when we checked out because the chef didn't use everything that they prestocked. The pool equipment could use some updating my daughter almost fell through one of the chairs but having the pool as an option was great for my son he loves the water. Overall I am satisfied with our stay. Would stay again in the future.
